I’m a fiercely loving, out-of-the-box therapist who believes your soul knows the way home.
My work is highly relational and blends body-based parts work, soul-focused inquiry, and deep imagery to help you metabolize the past into wisdom, step into your power, and live in integrity with who you truly are.
My approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches to healing. Your story, your body, and your nervous system are unique.
I draw from multiple traditions and modalities to meet you where you are, including:
Somatic Parts Work –Resolving inner conflicts through body-centered processing
Buddhist Psychology - Bringing “unconditional friendliness” to whatever is happening
Rapid Resolution Therapy – Gentle neural repatterning using deep imagery
Experiential Psychodynamic (Relational) Therapy – Healing trauma through reparative relational experiences of attunement, care, and contact
Systemic, Ecological Lens – Recognizing personal healing as collective and contextual
Who I work with
I work with people who want to feel more whole, connected, and aligned with themselves. Many of my clients have always felt “different”—as the black sheep in their family, a sensitive one in dominant culture, neurodivergent, or someone who just never quite fits the mold.
I work with individuals who are:
Feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, shame, or self-doubt
Transitioning from adolescence to adulthood as teens and young adults
Integrating the impact of a “soul initiation”—a life-changing event that creates a clear “before” and “after”
Recovering from people-pleasing, perfectionism, or co-dependency patterns and seeking to step into their power
Grappling with existential or climate-related anxiety and wanting to respond from a grounded, empowered place
Living with or recovering from limbic system disfunctions such as ME/CFS and CIRS and open to nervous system retraining
